Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship nationwide via courier. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders over [your threshold, e.g. R750].

International Shipping We ship internationally to selected countries. Delivery times vary between 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Fulfillment Partner Some products are fulfilled via our print-on-demand partner (Printful). These items may ship separately and could have slightly longer production times. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to high demand, courier disruptions, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience.
